With its compact size, 55mm burrs, and near-silent grinding, the Eureka Mignon Specialita espresso grinder combines some of Eureka grinder's most excellent features.

 We love the stepless micrometric regulation system that guarantees incomparable grinding  in terms of quality and precision. Paired with the ACE (anti-clumping) system which prevents clump formation and regulates the coffee outflow.

The slightly larger 55 mm burrs, produced with aficionados in mind, offer excellent grind dispersion, speed and performance.

This Mignon also boasts with a touch screen with 2 programmable doses, which gives you better control over dosing and offers a ‘continuous mode’. The all-purpose adjustable “Hands-Free” fork, gives an extra professional touch to your grind experience.
