In Italian Cinquantotto means 58. This is the new and improved version of the beloved and well-trusted Rocket R58 espresso machine.

It’ a timelessly elegant piece of espresso technology.

A high quality double boiler espresso machine featuring PID temperature control, an E61 group head, rotary pump, quick recovery time, pre-infusion, and a built in shot timer.  It is superbly made and has excellent temperature stability for better extraction.

A commercial grade rotary pump draws from the machines internal water reservoir or allows you to plumb directly into your water supply.

Machine functions can be controlled by the touch screen communication pod that now includes an automatic on/off function, having your machine ready to go whenever you need coffee.

The communication pod can easily be removed to retain the aesthetic that is synonymous with Rocket Espresso.
