We love the moka pot, not only for the brew, but the notion that we are partaking in an Italian coffee making ritual that has been around since the 1930’s.
How does it work? Cambridge Dictionary says as follow: ‘a metal pot for making coffee on top of acooker, which works by heating water in the in the bottom part of the pot so it is forced through a small inner container of finely ground coffee, and flows into the top half of the pot.’
